This bottling is made in cooperation between Kyoto distillery and Hori-Shchimeien, a tea-grower and blender whose estate was established in the famed Uji tea region over 140 years ago. A core of Gyokuro and Tencha green tea leaves drive the flavour here, complemented by crop from the Okunoyama tea garden - which dates back to the 14th century. A mystery blend of gin botanicals completes the recipe.
