They travelled to Spain to make a mix of oloroso and sherry casks, specially seasoned for them, to create the first whisky aged in kosher sherry casks! The hot dry climate of Tel Aviv extracts a lot of flavour in a short period of time to create a bold and complex whisky.

Tasting notes
Nose
Creamy almond and cacao butter followed by rich, stewed red berries - think raspberries, redcurrants and strawberries.
Taste
Brighter fruit fresher red fruit notes than expected given the nose transitioning into dark chocolate with a touch of toffee sweetness and burnt caramel.
Finish
Long and dry - bitter dark chocolate with hot white pepper followed by grassy hemp notes.
