Milk & Honey is Israel's first single malt whisky distillery and began operation in 2014 in the south of Tel Aviv. All of the distillery’s products are Kosher. Its flagship single malt 'The Classic' is made using the finest ex-bourbon casks and special red-wine STR casks, creating a light and balanced flavour profile.
The hot weather of Israel has a profound effect on the maturation process of the whisky. Because of that, Tom Goren, M&H’s head distiller, worked closely with Dr. Jim Swan, known as the world’s leading expert on hot climate whisky before his passing in 2017. In only it’s short time, M&H have expanded their range to produce peated, red wine cask, sherry cask single malt and even aged single malt gin.
