The Elements series draws upon cask selection expertise and this whisky combines both ex-bourbon and ex-red wine casks, chosen from wineries across Israel. The warm Mediterranean climate imbues this non chill-filtered whisky with luscious notes of ripe red fruit and dark chocolate.
