A beautifully crafted single malt from an unlikely place, the Elements Red Wine Cask is distilled and matured in Tel Aviv, Israel. The Elements series draws upon cask selection expertise and this whisky combines both ex-bourbon and ex-red wine casks, chosen from wineries across Israel. The warm Mediterranean climate imbues this non chill-filtered whisky with luscious notes of ripe red fruit and dark chocolate.

Tasting notes
Nose
Exquisite aromas of candied ginger, stewed apricots with notes of red wine and fresh oak with whispers of blackcurrant, spearmint, coconut macaroons and aromatic oils.
Taste
An initially sweet burst of light and tangy red wine flavours that develop into an oaky, peppery and spicy medium bodied mouthfeel with hints of vanilla and dark chocolate.
Finish
A warming and medium length finish that softens into notes of dried fruits and raisins, while hints of dates and walnuts fade into persistent oaky tannins.
