This Caol Ila release is a rare single cask bottling aged for nine years in a Koval Millet Whiskey cask, imparting a unique twist on the traditional bourbon cask maturation. Bottled at a robust 56.4% ABV, this whisky was crafted by Murray McDavid and is available exclusively in the Australian market. The maturation in Koval's innovative millet cask brings a richer, more complex profile to the iconic Islay peat, with layers of tropical fruit, spice, and smoky depth.
