This Signatory Vintage expression is an independent bottling from a single cask of 13 year old Strathmill Single Malt that was distilled in 2006. Commonly used as a malt whisky for blended Scotches, it’s rare to find a bottling like this. Initially matured in a used Sherry butt , it was then finished in a first fill Sherry butt to create a whisky with deep dried fruit and sherried sweet spice with cask strength intensity.
