Speyside is a small, artisanal distillery located at the foothills of the beautiful Cairngorm Mountains. This exclusive drop is a marriage of whiskies distilled in 1996 and matured in just three ex-bourbon barrels, which yielded a total of 780 bottles. The taste is reminiscent of a basket of rich, sweet freshly made pastries with citrus and tropical fruits.

Tasting notes
Nose
Soft orchard fruit with citrus hints: baked apples and ripe pears with squeezed lemon and marmalade. Grassiness follows, with mint and oak.
Taste
Baked apple with cinnamon is contrasted against creamy lemon tarts, buttery pastry and cooling mint fondant. A hint of char and oak.
Finish
Pineapple becomes apple as char fades and soft spice lingers.
