A well-aged, and extremely rare Kentucky Bourbon from the venerable Van Winkle range. Seen as something of a gateway into the famed (and far more expensive!) Pappy Van Winkle series, Lot B is a wheated Bourbon, meaning that wheat is the second largest grain the mashbill after corn. This tends to produce a full bodied whiskey that offers sweetness, rather than rye’s hallmark spice. 12 years of maturation in new American oak gives this dram all the complexity you would expect from a Van Winkle dram!
