Buffalo Trace Distillery has been making whisky for more than 200 years and they claim to be the oldest continuously operating Distillery in America. During Prohibition, the distillery was allowed to remain operational, in order to make whiskey for "medicinal purposes", and in 2013 the distillery was designated as a National Historic Landmark.
With expert guidance from Master Distiller Harlen Wheatley, Buffalo Trace is consistently rated among the best bourbons in the world by the industry’s most knowledgeable critics. Bringing a taste that is rich and complex, with hints of vanilla, toffee and candied fruit. The smooth finish lingers on the palate.
