This expression blends Single Malt and Single Pot Still Irish whiskeys, first matured in American oak and then finished in rare Japanese Mizunara oak casks. The Mizunara wood imparts a rich complexity, balancing traditional Irish flavours with exotic oriental notes, creating a distinctive and layered whiskey.
