The Four Grain is distilled from a mash bill of oat, malted barley, rye, and wheat. This whiskey is aged in heavily charred new oak barrels from Minnesota and bottled single barrel. Only the “heart cut” of the distillate, no “heads” or “tails.” Grains sourced from a local organic farmer collective in the Midwest. Single Barrel. Unfiltered. Heart cut. Organic & Kosher.

Oat, Malted barley, Rye, and Wheat. This four-grain whiskey uses organic Midwest grains: oats, malted barley, rye, and wheat. The whiskey is aged in heavily charred 30-gallon new oak barrels and is aged for 3-4 years. Koval is 100% grain-to-bottle distillery. All Koval whiskeys are single-barrel expressions so slight variations may occur.
