The award-winning Launceston distillery is a small operation located in Hanger 17 of the Launceston Airport.

More Details

The Apera cask batch 17-15, was matured in small French oak casks previously used to age apera fortified wine (Australian style sherry), with a number of casks have been vatted and allowed to “marry” together before bottling. This rich whisky is double distilled and is non-chill filtered to retain the depth of character.
