Bartender’s Top Tips Making a honey syrup makes measuring and handling honey very easy! Just make sure once you make your honey syrup, store it in the fridge for no more than 1 week. When honey is diluted it can go off fairly quickly at room temperature. Remember to chill your glass in the freezer for 5 minutes before you fill it, to keep your drink colder and fresher for longer. Fine straining through a mesh strainer (like a tea strainer), removes all the small chips of ice to create a silky smooth texture. |
