Located in Brunswick, Australia, The Gospel Distillery is boutique in their size and nature. Producing only a small selection of Rye Whiskies, the Gospel uses 100% Australian grown materials found on a farm in the region of South Australia.
The expressions are matured in a mixture of American oak and Australian natural wine barrels to provide a distinctively unique flavourful spirit. The Straight Rye Whiskey is aged in charred, new American oak barrles to provide traditional rye characteristics, while maintaining the integrity of being typically Australian.
