The Kyoto Distillery
The Kyoto Distillery, established in 2014 by Noriko Kakuda Croll, David Croll and Marcin Miller, is located in Kyoto, Japan, and is devoted to crafting gin. Inspired by Kyoto’s rich cultural heritage, the distillery aims to be one of the world’s most innovative, utilizing local resources for its production. Since its introduction in October 2016, the KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin from The Kyoto Distillery has earned numerous esteemed accolades and industry honors.
