Shake hard for 30 seconds. 4. Fine strain into a highball glass with ice. 5. Add ginger ale to top and give a light stir. Bartender’s Top Tips Don’t forget to fine strain the drink to remove all the little bits of raspberries from the drink. Raspberries don’t need muddling to release their flavour! The action of shaking is aggressive enough to break them up. For an easier twist, you can substitute raspberry syrup bought from the store for sugar and fresh raspberries. Less mess and less fuss.
