High West Distillery was founded in 2006 by husband and wife duo David and Jane Perkins. David, a former biochemist, was inspired to open his own distillery after seeing the parallels between the fermentation and distilling process and his own work in biochemistry.

High West makes its spirits in small batches in a 250-gallon copper pot combination still. This kind of still allows for use as either a continuous/reflux still or separately a pot still - which allows for a variety of unique distillates to be produced.

This pack features three expressions that showcase the range of styles produced at High West and shows why they are seen as pioneers in the States. High West offers an extraordinary taste of American whiskey in all its forms.
